Angela is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at our Beaches office. She loves being able to work with patients and families and see the strength and resilience that they have. She feels that most patients want to do what is best for their health. Her job is to help them understand what that is and find ways to help them adhere to the plan.

Angela was personally affected by cancer when her father was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2013. He received treatment at CSNF. “I genuinely care for all my patients. Nothing makes me feel better than seeing a patient having a good day, feeling better, getting strong. By the same token, there are times when patients are not feeling well, and I want to be there for those times too,” she says.

Angela has lived in Jacksonville for 17 years and attained her master’s degree at UNF. She has been working with oncology patients for 10 years and has always looked up to the CSNF physicians and nurses and the care that they provide. She says, “I am very grateful to have the opportunity to work alongside them today.” Angela believes CSNF has the best patients. “The gratitude that we receive on a regular basis from patients and families that we have helped is very touching.” She adds, “The most rewarding thing of all is when a patient comes to me and tells me that something I did or that I suggested helped them feel better.”

When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She enjoys being outdoors and likes to explore local state parks and beaches.
