Fran Jackson, MSN, RN, is a Case Manager working at our Central Billing Office. A Jacksonville native, Fran attended the University of North Florida and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing before continuing onto Florida State University to earn to Master of Science in Nurse Leadership.
Over the course of her career, Fran has had the honor and privilege of getting to know and take care of many people whose lives have been touched by cancer, including members of her own family.
“Cancer is a disruptive, intrusive, and unforeseen force. I have had several family members fight, suffer and lose the battle to cancer as I have also seen the joys and triumphs of many who have won the fight. This has molded my philosophy when it comes to patients. I strive to treat patients with respect, dignity, kindness, compassion, understanding, and to always be a voice of encouragement and inspiration. I believe in recognizing and respecting that each patient has unique physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual beliefs and strengths; therefore, honoring and treating each patient individually.”
About CSNF, Fran says “I’m excited to work alongside some of the most brilliant physicians, nurses, and social workers who genuinely have the patient’s best interests at heart.”
When not in the office, Fran enjoys spending time with her three children, family, and friends, at the beach, on the boat, or at home cooking.
