Dr. Steven Siegel is board certified in medical oncology and practices at our Clay location.

Originally from New York, Dr. Siegel earned his Doctor of Medicine from Loyola University. Upon graduation, he completed his residency and medical oncology fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.

In 1988, Dr. Siegel joined CSNF as one of the founding physicians. He was immediately impressed with the expertise and dedication of his fellow physicians. After over 35 years of practice those opinions have not changed.

“I started here with one other individual in 1988 and it has been my great honor to watch this practice grow,” he says. “It took a lot of care and dedication, but the practice we have built is truly like no other.”

Working with patients is the most rewarding part of his job. His own cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatment as CSNF several years ago has allowed him to connect to them in a new way. “After my cancer diagnosis, there was no doubt that my colleagues would treat me,” he says.

“Being able to share my story of treatment and success as a CSNF patient is special,” he continues. “It allows me to create stronger bonds and a deeper trust with my own patients.”

Dr. Siegel provides complete care for patients with cancer and blood disorders, including lung cancer, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma.

When not at the office, Dr. Siegel enjoys spending time on the golf course, or with his wife and two grown children.
