Dr. Daniel Kobrinski is board certified in medical oncology and practices at our Beaches location.
Dr. Kobrinski earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University. Upon graduation, he moved to Illinois and completed both his residency and fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center.
The rapid evolution of cancer care drew Dr. Kobrinski to the field of medical oncology. “I appreciate having the opportunity to provide my patients with new treatment options,” he explains. “That, combined with my love of patient care made oncology the perfect field for me.”
During the first year of his medical oncology fellowship, Dr. Kobrinski’s life changed forever. Doctors diagnosed his mother with Stage IV cancer, which significantly impacted his love of patient care. “My mom fought courageously, but unfortunately passed one year after her diagnosis,” he explains. “However, her love and endless support shaped me into the physician, parent, and man I am today.”
“I wish I had been able to spend more time with my mom,” he continues. “Making a positive difference for patients and hopefully giving them more quality time with their families is incredibly rewarding. There is no better feeling.”
Dr. Kobrinski provides complete care for patients with cancer and blood disorders, including lung cancer, leukemia, and lymphoma.
Dr. Kobrinski and his wife chose to settle in North Florida to be closer to their family in Orlando. On finding CSNF, he says, “I felt proud when I found such a well-respected and professional group of physicians. They have committed themselves to patient care and hold the same values that I do.”
When not at the office, Dr. Kobrinski enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Together, they enjoy going on vacations and playing sports like golf and basketball.
