Debbie Upchurch is a Nurse Navigator at our Southside office. Originally from Florida, Debbie served in the Army National Guard for six years before completing her medical assistant training at Concorde Institute in Jacksonville.
Approaching her 29th year with our practice, Debbie says; “Being a part of a team that helps navigate our patients through their journey can be an overwhelming joy. Right now, I still get to see patients that I started seeing over 20 years ago!”
“My husband was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma a few years ago,” she continues. “We knew that there was no other place for him but CSNF- we’ve been very blessed and he is currently in remission.”
Debbie enjoys collecting unique pieces of natural wood and making art out of it. When not at work and woodworking, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and their two young grandchildren.
