Katelyn Richmond is a social worker at our St. Augustine location and Flagler Health+ partner location. Originally from Washington state, Katelyn received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Washington State University and her Master of Social Work from George Fox University.

Katelyn loves being able to meet and work with patients directly. “It all starts with a safe place and listening ear,” she says.

“I listen to what the patients need and problem solve together on how to find the solution. But sometimes, patients don’t want solutions, just a listening ear. So that’s what I try to give them.”

She really loves the teamwork she’s able to see at CSNF every day. “The support, the care, and the team of individuals who help CSNF come together for the patients is incredible. I’m so thankful to be working here and caring for such special patients.”

When not in the office, Katelyn enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and making her great-grandma’s famous apple pie.
